Role Description As a Sales Intern at Credit Zilla, you will be the first point of contact for potential referral partners and clients. You will work to generate leads, build relationships, and support the growth of our consulting practice. This is a hands-on, target-oriented role with direct and clear performance milestones.
Key responsibilities:
Conduct outbound calls daily to introduce Credit Zilla's services and qualify interest.
Manage structured follow-ups weekly via call or Whats App to nurture warm leads and move conversations forward. Own the sales pipeline from first contact through to client onboarding handoff. Maintain a clean and up-to-date lead tracker, logging call outcomes, interest levels, and follow-up schedules after every interaction. Build and maintain long-term referral relationships with partners through regular check-ins and consistent follow-through. Qualifications
Required:
Strong verbal communication skills in Hindi and English. Comfortable working in a target-driven environment with daily accountability. Available to join immediately. Preferred:
Prior experience in tele-calling, DSA, NBFC, insurance sales, or any B2 B outreach role even part time or informal. Basic familiarity with loans, CIBIL scores, or credit products. A genuine interest in personal finance and credit is a strong plus. Working knowledge of Excel or Google
