Roles & Responsibilities:
- Manage day-to-day accounting operations and financial reporting activities.
- Ensure compliance with US GAAP, SOX, and statutory requirements.
- Review and reconcile balance sheet accounts and resolve discrepancies.
- Manage month-end, quarter-end, and year-end financial close activities.
- Oversee GST compliance, tax filings, audits, and regulatory requirements.
- Coordinate with internal and external auditors and address audit observations.
- Monitor financial transactions and ensure adherence to internal controls.
- Prepare financial reports, analysis, and management presentations.
- Drive process improvements and automation initiatives within finance operations.
- Lead and mentor accounting team members to ensure effective performance.




- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support business and compliance requirements.
Experience Required:
- 5-9 years of experience in Accounting, Finance, and Compliance functions.
- Strong experience in accounting operations and financial reporting.
- Hands-on experience with balance sheet reconciliations and account reviews.
- Valuable knowledge of US GAAP and SOX compliance requirements.
- Experience managing GST compliance, tax filings, assessments, and audits.
- Experience working with SAP ERP systems.
- Advanced proficiency in MS Excel, Word, Power Point, and Access.
- Experience supporting internal and external audits.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Team management or people management experience is an added advantage.
Education: Any Graduation
