Key Responsibilities
✔ Develop conceptual designs and detailed architectural drawings
✔ Prepare and coordinate GFC drawings for seamless site execution
✔ Collaborate with clients, consultants, and internal teams throughout the project lifecycle
✔ Conduct site visits, resolve on-site challenges, and ensure design intent is maintained
✔ Coordinate with contractors, vendors, and engineers to deliver projects on time and to the highest standards
What We're Looking For
• Bachelor's Degree in Architecture
• 1–3 years of experience in residential architecture and project coordination/management
• Proficiency in Auto CAD, Sketch Up, Revit, Lumion, V-Ray, Enscape, Adobe Suite, and MS Office
• Robust understanding of construction detailing, materials, and site execution
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and client management skills
• A passion for design combined with practical execution expertise
• Immediate joiners preferred
