Role Description
- Develop recent business opportunities across pharmaceutical, biotech, laboratory, and research customers.
- Promote Saksham's portfolio of analytical and laboratory instrumentation.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with QA, QC, Production, R&D;, Procurement, and Plant teams.
- Conduct customer meetings, product presentations, and technical discussions.
- Prepare quotations,



negotiate commercial terms, and close sales opportunities.
- Coordinate product demonstrations, installations, and customer onboarding with technical teams.
- Maintain an active sales pipeline and achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer requirements.
- Ensure excellent customer experience throughout the sales cycle.
Qualifications
- Graduate in Science or Engineering (mandatory)
- 2–4 years of sales experience, preferably in the Pharmaceutical Industry
- Experience selling analytical instruments, laboratory equipment, or scientific products will be preferred
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Good commercial understanding and negotiation ability
- Self-driven with excellent customer relationship skills
- Willingness to travel within the assigned territory
Compensation: ₹3–5 LPA
