Deputy General Manager / General Manager – Finance

About the Role
We are hiring a strategic and results-driven finance leader to take on the role of DGM/GM – Finance. This position is critical in driving financial strategy, enabling project execution, and ensuring strong governance across treasury, compliance, and risk management functions.
What You’ll Do
- Lead end-to-end project finance strategy, including funding, restructuring, and cost optimization
- Head treasury operations, ensuring effective liquidity and working capital management
- Oversee cash flow planning and financial forecasting to support business decisions
- Ensure complete compliance with financial and regulatory requirements
- Provide leadership on BGs, LCs, forward contracts, and banking relationships
- Drive risk management and insurance strategy, including claims oversight
- Partner with cross-functional teams for project execution, feasibility analysis, and approvals
- Lead commercial and legal evaluation of key contracts




- Maximize perks under EPCG schemes and Duty Scrips
- Guide the finance team on MIS reporting, tax, and financial controls
- Deliver market insights and competitive analysis to leadership
What We’re Looking For
- CA / MBA (Finance) with 15+ years of experience
- Strong background in project finance, treasury, and compliance
- Experience in infrastructure, logistics, or project-led industries preferred
- Proven ability to lead teams and influence senior stakeholders
- Strong analytical, leadership, and decision-making skills
