Salary: ₹20,000 – ₹25,000 per month (based on experience, communication skills, and interview performance)
Work Schedule
9 hours per day
6 days a week
Training Period: First month fully onsite at the studio
Post-Training Work Model: Hybrid (3 days Work From Office + 3 days Work From Home)

Job Summary
As a Sales Executive, you will be responsible for engaging with prospective and existing clients, educating them about the benefits of Pilates, managing sales inquiries,



and ensuring an exceptional customer experience throughout their wellness journey. This role offers valuable exposure to sales, client relationship management, and wellness marketing.
Key Responsibilities
* Handle client inquiries via phone calls, Whats App, email, and in-person interactions.
* Educate prospective clients about Pilates programs, services, and wellness benefits.
* Follow up on leads and maintain regular communication with potential and existing clients.
* Assist the Sales & Marketing Manager with daily sales activities and marketing campaigns.
* Schedule consultations, trial sessions, and appointments efficiently.
* Maintain accurate client records and update CRM systems regularly.
* Recommend suitable membership plans based on client goals and requirements.
* Support lead-generation and brand-awareness initiatives.
