(CLPD) is looking for an experienced and detail-oriented Finance Manager to oversee financial operations, budgeting, statutory compliance, and strategic financial planning for our growing real-estate business. Location Bangalore Position Finance Manager – Real Estate Experience 7–12 years of experience in Finance & Accounts Minimum 3–5 years in the real-estate or construction industry CA / CMA / MBA (Finance) preferred Key Responsibilities Oversee day-to-day finance, accounting, and treasury operations Prepare annual budgets, financial forecasts, MIS reports, and cash flow statements Manage project costing, fund utilization, and financial planning for residential developments Ensure timely preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements Manage banking relationships, loan documentation, project finance, and working capital requirements Oversee accounts payable, receivable, payroll, and vendor payments Ensure compliance with GST, TDS, Income Tax, Companies Act, RERA,



and other statutory regulations Coordinate with auditors, consultants, banks, and regulatory authorities Monitor customer collections and support the sales and CRM teams in receivables management Develop financial controls, internal audit systems, and risk management processes Provide strategic financial insights to the CEO and management for business growth and investment decisions Desired Candidate Profile Strong experience in finance and accounting within the real-estate or construction sector Thorough knowledge of project accounting, taxation, statutory compliance, and financial reporting Experience in project financing and banking relationships is preferred Proficiency in Tally ERP, ERP systems, MS Excel, and financial reporting tools Robust analytical, leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills Compensation Attractive Fixed Salary Performance-Based Incentives Annual Performance Bonu
