Qualifications
- Proficiency in Inside Sales and Lead Generation, including outbound prospecting and handling inbound inquiries.
- Strong Communication and Sales skills, with the ability to build trust, present value clearly, and handle objections.
- Experience or interest in Business Development, particularly in financial services, compliance, or cross-border investments.
- Ability to use CRM and sales productivity tools to track leads, activities, and pipeline accurately.
- Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, commerce, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Comfort working in a fast-paced, target-driven environment with a cooperative, learning-oriented mindset.
- Understanding of or curiosity about ODI/FDI processes, RBI regulations, and banking workflows is an advantage.
