Position: Senior Growth Manager – Social Media & Growth Marketing

About the Role

We are looking for a highly creative and data-driven Senior Growth Manager to lead social media growth and brand visibility across multiple platforms. The ideal candidate will be responsible for increasing audience engagement, followers, brand awareness, and inbound lead generation for Our clients both into B2 B e Learning business and D2 C jewellery brand.

Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute social media growth strategies across Linked In, You Tube, Instagram, X (Twitter), and Tik Tok. Drive follower growth, engagement, and community building across all social media platforms. Create and optimize content strategies that increase organic reach and virality. Plan, manage, and execute reels, shorts, videos, carousels, and social media campaigns. Identify social media trends, viral formats, and content opportunities to maximize visibility. Work closely with design, content, and marketing teams to produce high-performing content.



Build Linked In and You Tube growth engines with a robust focus on audience acquisition and thought leadership. Generate qualified inbound leads through social media initiatives and content marketing. Monitor campaign performance, engagement metrics, and growth KPIs. Leverage analytics tools to optimize content performance and audience targeting. Manage influencer collaborations, partnerships, and creator-led campaigns where relevant. Conduct competitor analysis and benchmark growth opportunities. Stay updated with platform algorithm changes and emerging growth trends. Requirements
3–8 years of experience in Growth Marketing, Social Media Marketing, or Digital Marketing. Proven track record of scaling social media accounts and increasing engagement organically. Strong understanding of Linked In, You Tube, Instagram, X, and Tik Tok algorithms. Experience creating viral content strategies, reels, shorts, and soci
