Role Description The Company Secretary intern will support the firm's corporate and compliance functions from the South Delhi office in an on-site capacity. This internship role includes assisting in preparation and filing of corporate documents, maintaining statutory registers and records, and helping ensure compliance with company law and applicable regulations.

The Candidate will support the drafting of board and shareholder meeting notices, agendas, minutes, and resolutions, and coordinate with internal teams for timely submissions and disclosures. Daily responsibilities may also include conducting legal and regulatory research, organizing documentation for corporate transactions, and assisting in communication with clients and regulatory authorities under supervision.

The role is designed to provide hands-on experience in corporate governance and company secretarial work within a leading law firm environment.
