Experience Required
- Minimum 8 years of experience in insurance sales
- Minimum 3 years of experience in team handling and sales leadership roles
- Experience in managing multiple branches, territories, or distribution channels preferred
- Robust understanding of the General Insurance market
- Proficiency in Kannada (spoken) is mandatory
Key Responsibilities
- Support the Zonal Manager in driving business growth and achieving zonal sales targets
- Lead, coach, and develop Area Managers, Territory Managers, and sales teams
- Monitor sales performance and ensure achievement of business objectives across assigned territories
- Implement sales strategies, business plans, and growth initiatives
- Build and maintain strong relationships with channel partners, intermediaries, and key customers
- Conduct regular reviews, training sessions, and performance management activities
- Ensure compliance with company policies, regulatory guidelines,
and operational standards
- Analyse market trends, competition, and business opportunities to improve market penetration
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to enhance customer experience and operational efficiency
- Prepare and present business performance reports to senior management
