As we scale, content is becoming one of our biggest growth engines—and we're looking for a Video Editor who can help us tell stories that people stop, watch, and remember.
Role Overview
We’re looking for a creative, AI-first video editor who understands storytelling, pacing, and what makes content work across platforms. This is not a traditional editing role. You’ll work closely with founders, marketing, and creative teams to build performance ads, social content, product videos, and brand campaigns that drive real business impact.
If you spend time analyzing reels, noticing trends before everyone else, and obsessing over hooks, transitions,

What You'll Do
Create Scroll-Stopping Content
- Edit engaging videos for Instagram Reels, You Tube Shorts, Facebook, Linked In, and other digital platforms.
- Produce ad creatives, product videos, customer testimonials and brand campaigns.
- Turn raw footage into high-retention videos with compelling storytelling and solid pacing.
- Repurpose long-form content into snackable short-form assets.
Post-Production Excellence
- Add captions, transitions, motion graphics, sound effects, music, and animations to elevate every edit.
- Perform colour correction, audio cleanup, and final mastering for premium-quality output.
- Ensure consistency across all content and maintain brand guidelines.
- Organize footage and maintain a clean, efficient editing workflow.
Creative Ideation
- Stay on top of trends, memes, editing styles, and viral content formats.
