Rainforest is looking for an experienced and detail-oriented Housekeeping Supervisor to oversee housekeeping operations across our portfolio of luxury villas in North Goa. This role is ideal for someone who takes pride in maintaining exceptional cleanliness standards and leading teams to deliver outstanding guest experiences.
Role Overview:
The Housekeeping Supervisor will be responsible for managing daily housekeeping operations, supervising housekeeping staff, conducting villa inspections, maintaining inventory levels, and ensuring all properties meet the highest standards of cleanliness, presentation, and guest readiness.
Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee daily housekeeping operations across assigned villas
• Ensure villas meet cleanliness, presentation, and guest-readiness standards
• Supervise and coordinate housekeeping staff and schedules
• Conduct routine inspections and quality checks
• Manage housekeeping inventory, linens, and guest amenities
• Coordinate maintenance requirements and follow up on repairs
• Handle guest requests and housekeeping-related concerns
• Maintain records and provide operational updates to management
Key Skills We're Looking For:
• Prior experience in housekeeping supervision, hospitality, or villa management
• Strong leadership and team management skills
• Excellent organizational and time-management abilities
• High attention to detail and quality standards
• Robust communication and problem-solving skills
• Must be based in North Goa and available for on-ground work
