Role Overview

The Finance Manager will own and lead the company's end-to-end finance function for India and US entities, ensuring financial governance, compliance, strategic planning, and operational excellence. The role requires deep experience working with US banking clients, US GAAP, and cross-border financial operations in an IT services setting.

Key Responsibilities

Financial Leadership & Strategy
Develop and execute the company's financial strategy aligned with business growth and profitability goals. Act as a strategic partner to the CEO and leadership team on financial planning, forecasting, investments, pricing, and risk management. Provide insights and continuously work on optimizing margins, utilization, client profitability, and costs. Financial Planning & Analysis (FP& A)
Own annual budgeting, forecasting, and long-range financial planning. Track business performance vs. plan; present MIS, dashboards, and variance analyses.



Support deal pricing, contract reviews, and RFP financial modeling for US banking clients. Accounting, Controls & Compliance
Own accounting operations, month-end and year-end closures for India and US entities. Ensure compliance with US GAAP / IFRS, Indian statutory requirements, and tax regulations. Manage external audits, internal controls (ICFR), and financial risk assessments. Handle transfer pricing and cross-border compliance matters. US Banking & Client Financial Oversight
Manage financial aspects of contracts with US banks and financial institutions. Ensure compliance with client financial, billing, audit, and regulatory requirements. Partner with delivery and sales teams on revenue recognition (ASC 606), invoicing, and collections. Treasury, Cash Flow & Working Capital
Oversee cash flow planning, working capital management, and fund utilization. Manage banking relationships, forex exposure, hed
