Foodsta Kitchens is a quick-growing food and beverage company focused on building and scaling innovative food brands in India and Singapore. We are looking for a dynamic Marketing Manager for our India brands who can combine strategic thinking with strong execution capabilities to drive brand growth, manage cross-functional projects, and lead a high-performing marketing team.
Role Overview
The Marketing Manager will be responsible for leading the end-to-end marketing function across Foodsta Kitchens' brands in India. This role requires a strong operator who can manage multiple stakeholders, oversee campaign execution, drive brand visibility, and ensure seamless coordination between marketing, operations, procurement, agencies, vendors, PR partners, and influencers.
The ideal candidate will come from either:
· A marketing agency background with experience managing FMCG, food, beverage, or consumer brands; or
· An in-house marketing role within the F&B;, QSR, cloud kitchen, FMCG, or consumer goods sector.




This is a hands-on leadership role requiring excellent project management, stakeholder management, and execution skills.
Key Responsibilities
· Lead and manage the overall marketing function across Foodsta Kitchens brands, ensuring alignment with business objectives and growth targets.
· Plan, execute, and monitor integrated marketing campaigns across digital, offline, PR, influencer, and partnership channels.
· Manage the marketing team, external agencies, vendors, and influencers to ensure timely and high-quality execution.
· Collaborate closely with operations, procurement, and other internal teams to deliver campaigns, launches, and marketing collateral effectively.
· Oversee Online Reputation Management (ORM) across delivery platforms, social media, and customer review channels.
· Drive PR, influencer marketing, brand partnerships, and community engagement initiatives.
