At Logitrans Solutions B. V. , we’re looking for a Logistics Coördinator / Freight Forwarder Import & Export to join our international team remotely. In this role, you’ll play a key part in coordinating global shipments, ensuring smooth communication, accurate documentation, and excellent customer satisfaction.
What You’ll Do
As a central point of contact for our customers and logistics partners, you’ll help manage international transport flows from start to finish.
Your daily tasks include:
- Managing communication via email and Whats App with clients and partners worldwide.
- Handling customer inquiries about shipment status, delivery schedules, and transport options.
- Processing export and transport requests and obtaining rates from logistics partners.
- Preparing and sending quotations with transport options and pricing.
- Booking shipments in online portals.
- Tracking and tracing shipments and keeping customers updated.
- Maintaining import shipment details in Excel or Saa S systems.
- Monitoring shipments and addressing irregularities or delays.
What You Bring
- Excellent command of English (Dutch is a plus).
- Strong administrative and communication skills.
- Good knowledge of basic computer tools (email, Excel, online portals, etc.).
- Customer-focused, accurate, and detail-oriented.
- Problem-solving mindset and ability to prioritize effectively.
- Reliable, organized, and able to work independently while collaborating remotely with the team.
- Logistics experience in a similar position.
