What You’ll Do
Patient & Provider Support
- Handle inbound calls, emails, and inquiries with professionalism
- Provide accurate information on services, policies, and procedures
- Resolve concerns empathetically and escalate when needed
Appointment Scheduling
- Schedule and manage patient appointments efficiently
- Coordinate with providers and handle scheduling conflicts
Compliance & Quality
- Ensure adherence to healthcare regulations including HIPAA
- Maintain confidentiality and accurate documentation
Administrative Support
- Update CRM/EHR systems with precision
- Support patient outreach and internal coordination
What We’re Looking For
✔️ Experience: 1–2 years in customer service (Healthcare preferred)
✔️ Communication: Strong English communication skills (verbal & written)
✔️ Tech Skills: Familiarity with CRM, EHR systems & MS Office
✔️ Core Strengths: Empathy, attention
