Position Summary:
We are looking for an experienced and dynamic motor insurance product professional to lead, scale, and build our insurance vertical from the ground up. The ideal candidate will bring robust leadership, industry expertise, and a proven track record in sales, customer handling, and team building within the insurance domain- especially Auto Insurance.
Key Responsibilities:
P&L; Management & Strategy: Fully own the insurance vertical's P&L; , ensuring end-to-end business delivery and achieving aggressive revenue targets. Build the entire vertical from scratch, including processes, teams, and performance systems.
Team Building & Management: Hire, train, and mentor a high-performing sales, customer support, and operations team. Build a performance-driven culture with clear metrics and accountability. Enable teams with scripts, training, and tools to improve closing ratios.
