Role Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated Sales Operations Specialist to support and enhance the effectiveness of our sales organization.



The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing sales processes, CRM administration, reporting, forecasting support, and operational initiatives that help drive sales productivity and business growth.

This role requires solid analytical capabilities, attention to detail, and the ability to collaborate across sales, marketing, finance, and customer success teams.

Key Responsibilities

Sales Operations & Process Management
Support the execution and continuous improvement of sales processes, workflows, and operational best practices. Identify process inefficiencies and recommend improvements to enhance sales productivity. Ensure adherence to sales policies, procedures, and governance standards.
