Role Summary
Own the end-to-end creation of video-first visual content that drives MAYIN’s brand, performance marketing, and founder-led storytelling. This role goes beyond editing - you will actively shape concepts, direct shoots, and co-own the success of video-led marketing campaigns across organic and paid channels.
You’ll work closely with the founders and marketing team to create founder videos, product videos, styling content, and performance creatives that feel premium, authentic, and conversion-focused.
Responsibilities
- Edit & ocassionally shoot short-form videos (Reels, Ads, Shorts: 6–30s) for founder content, product showcases, fabric movement, styling, GRWM, lifestyle, and paid creatives
- Actively direct founders during shoots: framing,



lighting, posture, expressions, pacing, and on-camera confidence
- Handle videography and basic photography for founder shoots, BTS, quick product shots, and lifestyle visuals
- Edit with robust aesthetic judgment: clean cuts, colour grading, captions, sound, pacing, and platform-native formats
- Collaborate deeply with marketing to review video performance (CTR, hook retention, engagement, conversions) and iterate creatively
- Proactively bring new content ideas, hooks, formats, trends, and storytelling approaches
- Maintain organised workflows including file structure, versioning, exports, and backups
- Ensure consistency with MAYIN’s visual and brand guidelines while pushing creative boundaries
Qualifications
- 2–4 years of hands-on experience in video editing with exposure to videography
- Strong proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro (or Da Vinci Resolve)
- Working knowledge of After Effects
