Role Overview
We are seeking a responsible, organised, and proactive professional who can efficiently manage and coordinate the school transportation operations, ensuring safe, smooth, and timely transport services for students and staff.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan, coordinate, and manage daily transportation operations across all school routes.
- Finalise and monitor bus routes, pickup/drop timings, and transport allocations.
- Coordinate with parents regarding transport requirements, route confirmations, and transport-related concerns.
- Supervise drivers, transport assistants, and support staff to ensure proper discipline and operational efficiency.
- Monitor and optimise the operational and commercial efficiency of the transport department.
- Maintain transportation records including vehicle documents, insurance, permits,



fitness certificates, and driver documentation.
- Monitor vehicle maintenance schedules, servicing, repairs, and overall vehicle condition to ensure safety compliance.
- Coordinate with administration regarding transportation planning, operational requirements, and emergency arrangements.
- Ensure all transport operations comply with school safety standards and transportation policies.
- Handle transport-related complaints, emergencies, and operational issues promptly and professionally.
- Maintain proper documentation, reporting, and communication related to transport operations.
- Support school administration during events, examinations, and special transportation arrangements when required.
Qualifications & Eligibility
Bachelor's Degree or equivalent from a recognised institution
Prior experience in transport coordination, logistics, or operations management
