Join us Wealth Management team and play a key role in building and nurturing relationships with HNI and Ultra-HNI clients while driving business growth and portfolio expansion.

*Relationship Manager (3–7 Years Experience)*
*Senior Relationship Manager (7–12 Years Experience)*
▪️Acquire and manage a portfolio of HNI clients.
▪️Understand client financial goals and recommend suitable investment solutions including Mutual Funds, Equities, Debt Products, Structured Products, and Real Estate Funds.
▪️Drive client acquisition through networking, referrals, and cross-selling opportunities.
▪️Enhance wallet share and maximize portfolio profitability.
Stay updated on market trends, investment products, and regulatory developments.
*Cluster Head (10–15 Years Experience)*




▪️Lead wealth management activities across the assigned territory and achieve revenue, AUM, and client acquisition targets.
▪️Build and strengthen relationships with HNI and Ultra-HNI clients.
▪️Mentor and manage Relationship Managers while driving team performance.
▪️Conduct market research, identify business opportunities, and expand the client base.
▪️Establish and strengthen the Tata Capital Wealth Management brand presence in the region.
*Eligibility*
✔ Graduate/Postgraduate in any discipline
✔ Robust understanding of financial markets and investment products
✔ Excellent relationship management and business development skills
✔ Prior experience in Wealth Management, Private Banking, Financial Advisory, or Banking Sales is preferred
