Role Description
This is a full-time, desk role for an Operations Captain located in Odisha. The Operations Captain will be responsible for overseeing operational coordination between the field teams, clients, and internal departments to ensure smooth implementation and functioning of the Kiar X system at mining sites. The role involves monitoring operational data, coordinating with field executives, conducting site visits, gathering client feedback, and ensuring effective adoption of Kiar X solutions at the ground level.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate and support the management and troubleshooting of Kiar X hardware and systems through internal teams and field executives.
- Conduct site visits to mining locations for coordination, operational monitoring, and client interaction.
- Collect feedback from site teams, drivers, operators, and client representatives to improve operational efficiency.
- Assist in preparing training materials, guides, and documentation for drivers, operators, and official teams.
- Monitor mining operations remotely using Kiar X digital dashboards and tools.
- Track system performance and coordinate with technical teams to ensure maximum uptime and smooth functioning.
- Review and analyze trip data, diesel consumption reports, and operational metrics.
- Prepare daily and weekly operational reports and share insights with internal stakeholders.
