The Facility Manager is responsible for end-to-end management of a multi-tenant building. The role includes administration, operations, vendor management, infrastructure upkeep, safety, and stakeholder coordination to ensure seamless day-to-day functioning aligned with business needs.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee daily facility operations including housekeeping, security, cafeteria, and maintenance.
- Manage facility administration projects such as renovations, expansions, and cost optimization initiatives.
- Ensure uptime of utilities – HVAC, electrical, plumbing, DG, UPS systems.
- Handle space planning, seating arrangements, and workplace optimization.
- Coordinate with landlords for building-level services, compliance, and issue resolution.
- Manage vendor contracts, SLAs, and performance reviews.
- Ensure statutory compliance, safety audits, fire drills, and emergency preparedness.
- Monitor budgets, cost control, and energy-saving initiatives.
- Oversee event management including town halls, employee engagement activities, and leadership visits.




- Ensure high standards of hygiene, ambience, and employee experience.
Cafeteria & Hospitality Management
- Oversee cafeteria operations ensuring food quality, hygiene, and vendor compliance.
- Monitor menu planning, pricing, and service quality.
- Ensure adherence to FSSAI and health regulations.
Housekeeping Management
- Ensure cleanliness of entire facility including workstations, washrooms, and common areas.
- Deploy manpower effectively and monitor performance.
- Conduct audits and implement improvement plans.
Project & Capex Management
- Plan and execute facility-related projects within timelines and budget.
- Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors.
- Ensure minimal disruption to business operations.
Stakeholder Management
- Act as a single point of contact for employees, leadership, and external partners.
- Address employee concerns related to facilities promptly.
