We are looking for an Insurance Process Associate (SME) to bring deep expertise in insurance workflows, support process optimization, and guide solution alignment across Scry AI’s insurance-focused offerings. This role is critical in embedding domain knowledge into AI-driven automation for improved efficiency, accuracy, and compliance.
Role Overview
As an Insurance Process Associate (SME) at Scry AI,



you will act as a domain expert across insurance operations including policy administration, underwriting support, and claims processing. You will work closely with product, engineering, and client teams to ensure that solutions reflect real-world insurance workflows and industry standards.
This role is ideal for someone with strong hands-on experience in insurance processes who can translate operational knowledge into structured, technology-driven solutions in a fast-paced setting.
Key Responsibilities
Insurance Operations & Process Expertise
- Manage and analyze end-to-end insurance workflows including policy issuance, endorsements, claims, and renewals
- Identify inefficiencies, delays, and risk areas in operational processes
- Recommend improvements to enhance turnaround time and accuracy
Documentation & Compliance Oversight
- Review policy documents, claims records, and underwriting data
- Ensure compliance with regulatory and internal standards
