Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Event Executive role based in New Delhi. The Event Executive will be primarily responsible for creating Pitch Decks, Excel Sheets, Dash Boards along with end-to-end planning and execution of events, from initial brief to post-event closure, ensuring that timelines, budgets, and quality standards are met.



Daily responsibilities include coordinating with clients to understand requirements, preparing event proposals, assisting in concept development, and managing event checklists and documentation. The role involves vendor and venue coordination, negotiating rates, arranging logistics such as accommodation, travel, technical setups, and on-ground event production. The Event Executive will also handle internal and external communication, support marketing and promotional activities related to events, and help prepare reports, feedback summaries, and learnings after each event. On event days, the individual will be present on-site to oversee setups, troubleshoot issues, and ensure a smooth, professional experience for all stakeholders.
