Sthapati Associates Pvt. Ltd. is seeking a skilled and detail-oriented BIM Architect to join our New Delhi office. The selected candidate will play a key role in architectural design development and project coordination using Building Information Modeling (BIM). This position involves close collaboration with internal teams and external consultants to ensure high-quality project delivery across diverse projects, including large-scale infrastructure and airport developments.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and coordinate architectural designs using BIM tools, primarily Revit. Prepare detailed architectural and construction drawings in line with project requirements. Create, manage, and review BIM models to ensure design accuracy and multidisciplinary coordination. Prepare and review architectural submittals, shop drawings, and associated documentation. Collaborate with project teams, consultants, and contractors for seamless project execution. Ensure all drawings and models comply with applicable codes, standards, and client specifications.
Assist in resolving design and coordination issues across various stages of the project lifecycle. Utilize BIM Collaborate Pro, Navisworks, and associated software for clash detection and coordination to deliver clash-free models. Qualifications & Skills
Bachelor's degree in Architecture or a related field (mandatory). 2–3 years of relevant experience as a BIM Architect. Proven experience working on airport or large-scale infrastructure projects is preferred. Solid proficiency in BIM and architectural software such as Revit, Auto CAD, and related tools. Solid understanding of architectural detailing, construction documentation, and BIM workflows. High attention to detail with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. Excellent communication and coordination skills. Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, collaborative environment. Additional Requirements
