Responsibilities
- Solve business problems by applying Machine Learning / Deep Learning models on large volumes of data.
- Work on the full spectrum of activities:
- framing solution
- identifying data sources (internal & external)
- conducting experiments
- delivering production-ready models
- Build end-to-end AI products including deployment, monitoring, retraining pipelines, and governance.
- Apply Generative AI (LLMs) for business use cases such as:
- personalized customer engagement




- AI copilots for operations teams
- demand intelligence through unstructured data
- retrieval-augmented generation (RAG) for enterprise knowledge
- Solve real-world optimization problems such as:
- delivery fleet optimization
- inventory & replenishment planning
- store-level workforce scheduling
- pricing and promotion optimization
- Proactive communication to understand the problem, work progress & results.
- Manage individual project priorities, deadlines and deliverables.
- Collaborate closely with product, engineering, and business stakeholders to drive adoption and measurable impact.
Required Skills
- 1-6 years of experience building scalable machine learning models in a production setting on large volumes of data.
- Robust data wrangling & programming skills (Python, SQL) & experience with cloud technologies.
- Strong understanding of core Machine Learning and Deep Learning techniques, including supervised/unsu
