About the Role
Prospect Infosystem LLP is looking for a skilled AI Engineer with 4+ years of experience to join our engineering team in Hyderabad. You will be responsible for designing, building, and deploying machine learning and AI-driven solutions that solve real business problems for our clients. This role requires robust hands-on experience across the ML lifecycle — from data preparation and model development to deployment and monitoring in production.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and deploy machine learning and AI models to solve business and client problems
- Work with large language models (LLMs) and explore use cases involving generative AI, NLP, and prompt engineering
- Build and maintain data pipelines for training, validation, and inference workflows
- Collaborate with product, engineering, and client teams to translate business requirements into AI/ML solutions
- Fine-tune and optimize pre-trained models for specific use cases and domains
- Develop and integrate APIs to expose AI/ML models to applications
- Perform exploratory data analysis (EDA),

- Deploy models into production using MLOps best practices (CI/CD for ML, model versioning, monitoring)
- Monitor model performance in production and retrain/improve models as needed
- Stay current with the latest AI/ML research, tools, and frameworks, and evaluate their applicability
- Document model architecture, experiments, and findings clearly for technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Ensure responsible AI practices including bias detection, data privacy, and model explainability
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- 4+ years of hands-on experience in AI/ML engineering, data science, or related roles
- Strong programming skills in Python; familiarity with R is a plus
- Solid experience with ML/DL frameworks: Tensor Flow, Py Torch, Scikit-learn, Keras
- Practical experience working with LLMs (Open AI, Anthropic, open-source models like Llama, Mistral
