K Star Food & Hospitality Services is a growing institutional catering and facility management company operating across multiple states in India. We provide catering and allied support services to educational institutions, industrial units, corporate clients, and other large organizations.

The company currently manages a workforce of approximately 2,000 employees across 80–90 operational sites in multiple states, including Maharashtra, Goa, Karnataka, Andhra Pradesh, Tamil Nadu, Odisha, Rajasthan, Punjab, Himachal Pradesh, J& K, Madhya Pradesh, Uttar Pradesh, Bihar, Jharkhand, Uttarakhand and other locations.

we are looking to set up a structured HR function at our Thane office.

Role Overview

We are looking for a responsible and hands-on HR skilled who can help build and manage the HR department of K Star Food & Hospitality Services.

The selected candidate will be responsible for payroll coordination, salary calculation, statutory compliance, employee documentation, recruitment, site HR support, HR MIS, and administrative coordination.

This is a practical, execution-focused role. The candidate should be willing to work at ground level, coordinate with site teams, verify salary inputs, manage worker documentation, visit sites when required, and gradually take full ownership of HR and compliance processes from the accounts team and external consultant.

The candidate must have working knowledge of PF, ESIC, Bonus, LWF, gratuity, minimum wages, attendance, overtime, salary deductions, HR documentation, and labour compliance.
