Role Description The Facade BIM Modeler will be responsible for developing accurate facade BIM models and detailed drawings that support design, coordination, and construction. This full-time, in office role is based in the Greater Kolkata Area and involves close collaboration with architects, engineers, and project managers. Daily tasks include translating design concepts and sketches into coordinated 3 D facade models, preparing and updating construction drawings, and ensuring compliance with project standards and specifications. The role also involves identifying clashes, coordinating with structural and MEP teams, and implementing revisions based on design and site feedback. The Facade BIM Modeler will maintain organized model documentation, adhere to BIM execution plans, and contribute to continuous improvement of modeling workflows and templates.

Qualifications
Strong proficiency in Building Information Modeling (BIM) tools and workflows, with the ability to create and manage coordinated facade models. Foundational knowledge of Architecture and building envelope systems,



with experience translating facade design intent into constructible models. Hands-on experience as a Modeler, including 3 D modeling, detailing, and preparation of facade-related construction documents. Ability to interpret and produce Construction Drawings, including plans, sections, elevations, and shop drawings for facade elements. Familiarity with Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) coordination within BIM environments to identify and resolve facade-related clashes. Proficiency in relevant BIM and CAD software (e.g., Revit, Auto CAD; knowledge of Navisworks, Rhino, or similar tools is a plus). Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to work within project deadlines in a collaborative, on-site team setting.
