Chief Financial Officer (CFO)

Location: Nasik, Maharashtra

A rapidly growing technology company is seeking an accomplished Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to join its executive leadership team and drive the next phase of growth. This is a high-impact chance for a finance leader who has successfully navigated organizations through scale, transformation, and IPO readiness. The CFO will work closely with the Founder, Board of Directors, and senior leadership team to shape financial strategy, strengthen governance, improve profitability, and lead public market readiness initiatives.

Chartered Accountant (CA) or CPA Minimum 15+ years of progressive finance leadership experience, with a demonstrated track record of scaling businesses and leading complex financial operations. Must have held the position of Chief Financial Officer (CFO) in at least the last two organizations/assignments.



Experience in a technology/IT services environment Proven IPO preparation and execution experience Experience working directly with Boards, investors, regulators, and external advisors Strong track record in scaling businesses and driving profitability Important: Candidates without both Technology/IT industry experience and IPO experience will not be considered. Key Responsibilities : Strategic Leadership Develop and execute the company's financial strategy aligned with business objectives. Partner with the Founder and Board on strategic decision-making and growth initiatives. Lead IPO planning, execution, regulatory readiness, investor engagement, and post-listing financial operations. Evaluate and support mergers, acquisitions, strategic partnerships, and investment opportunities. Drive financial transformation through automation, AI-enabled tools, and advanced analytics.
