About the Role
Egnoto is looking for a highly motivated Project Manager / Technical Delivery Manager who can act as the bridge between clients, management, and the development team. This is a hands-on role requiring both project management expertise and technical understanding of web and software development projects.
The ideal candidate should be comfortable managing client communication, leading project execution, coordinating cross-functional teams, and contributing to technical discussions, particularly in backend and web application development. Egnoto is a digital solutions provider specializing in web development, mobile applications, digital marketing, CRM/ERP solutions, and custom software development.
Key Responsibilities
Manage end-to-end project delivery from requirement gathering to deployment. Act as the primary point of contact for clients and stakeholders. Translate business requirements into actionable tasks for developers and designers. Coordinate with development, QA, design, and marketing teams to ensure timely delivery. Monitor project timelines, budgets, risks, and resource allocation. Participate in technical discussions, architecture reviews, and backend development planning. Track project progress using Agile/Scrum methodologies. Conduct client meetings, status updates, and project presentations. Resolve project bottlenecks and ensure smooth communication across teams.
