Role Description: Full Stack Tech Lead: The Technical Lead will oversee end-to-end delivery of generative AI and content intelligence solutions for clients, working on-site at the Chennai office in a contract capacity. Day-to-day responsibilities include leading technical design and architecture, guiding implementation of AI-driven applications, and coordinating development activities across the team.



The role involves collaborating with product managers and consultants to translate business requirements into robust technical solutions, reviewing code and ensuring best practices, and managing integration, performance, and security concerns. The Technical Lead will also mentor engineers, conduct technical reviews, and support client meetings, demos, and technical documentation.

Qualifications
Strong experience in software engineering and technical leadership, including system design, architecture, and code review. Hands-on expertise with AI/ML platforms and frameworks, particularly generative AI tools (e.g., large language models, prompt engineering, model integration). Proficiency in modern programming languages and frameworks commonly used for AI-backed applications (such as Python, Java Script/Type Script, and relevant web or backend frameworks).
