About the Adaptive Teaching Fellowship - Marathi

As an Adaptive Teaching Fellow at Dr. Anjali Morris Education and Health Foundation (AMF), you will be part of an intensive and meaningful training experience designed to equip you to support children with Specific Learning Disabilities (SLD). This fellowship blends learning, field experience, and guided mentorship so you gain the confidence to work effectively in real classrooms.

What the Fellowship Involves

You will complete 600+ hours of structured learning, including:
40% theory to build your understanding of SLD and inclusive education 60% hands-on training, including classroom work, assessments, field visits, and remedial intervention delivery By the end of the programme, fellows develop solid skills in:
Identifying learning needs, screening and understanding of SLD. Understanding neurodevelopmental differences Delivering structured remedial interventions Using psycho-educational tools and assessments Supporting diverse learners in real school environments After the fellowship ends, you have to work with the organisation for a minimum period of 1 year. This is a compulsory clause.





Fellowship Location: Full-time, offline, on-site role based in Pune

Duration: August 2026 – February 2027

Stipend: ₹10,000 per month

Eligibility:

Completed Masters In Psychology OR
Completed B. Ed Proficiency in Marathi language (Speaking and Writing) (Mandatory) Selection Process:
Entrance Exam - July 2026 (Online*/Offline) Field Work Task (Mandatory - 1 week ) Interview Round (last week of July 2026) (Online*/Offline) Results will be announced on 31st July 2026.
