Key Responsibilities
Lead and manage structural steel detailing projects from kickoff through final approval. Review and check Tekla models, shop drawings, erection drawings, and material take-offs for accuracy, completeness, and constructability. Ensure compliance with project specifications, AISC standards, client requirements,



and company quality procedures. Coordinate with clients, engineers, fabricators, and internal detailing teams to resolve technical issues and maintain project schedules. Prepare, review, and track RFIs, design changes, and engineer comments, ensuring timely implementation. Monitor project progress, assign tasks, and support detailers to achieve quality and schedule targets. Conduct internal quality control reviews before submissions to minimize revisions and fabrication issues. Provide technical guidance and mentorship to detailers and checkers, promoting best detailing practices. Support fabrication and erection teams by addressing shop and field questions as required. Maintain transparent communication with stakeholders and provide regular project status updates. Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in Civil / Structural Engineering

• 6+ years of hands-on experience in steel detailing company

• Minimum 2 yea
