About the Role
We are hiring on behalf of a fast-growing AI startup that is building next-generation enterprise AI solutions powered by Large Language Models (LLMs) and Agentic AI. This role offers the opportunity to work on cutting-edge AI systems that automate business workflows, integrate with enterprise applications, and solve complex real-world challenges.
As a Senior AI Engineer, you will play a key role in designing, developing, and deploying scalable AI applications while working closely with product, engineering, and leadership teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, build, and deploy production-grade AI applications using Large Language Models (LLMs).
- Develop intelligent AI Agents and Multi-Agent Systems for enterprise use cases.
- Build and optimize Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) pipelines using vector databases and embeddings.




- Design AI workflows using frameworks such as Lang Chain, Lang Graph, and other agent orchestration platforms.
- Integrate AI solutions with enterprise systems, APIs, CRMs, and internal platforms.
- Engineer scalable prompt management, context handling, and AI evaluation pipelines.
- Optimize AI applications for performance, reliability, safety, and latency.
- Collaborate with Product, Engineering, and Design teams to identify high-impact AI opportunities.
- Monitor, evaluate, and continuously improve deployed AI systems.
- Follow best practices for MLOps, LLMOps, CI/CD, and production deployments.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related technical field.
- 8+ years of overall experience in Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, NLP, or Generative AI.
- Robust programming experience in Python.
- Hands-on experience with Large Language Models such as Open AI
