We're hiring a Digital Marketing Manager who lives and breathes marketing operations — someone who sees a Pardot workflow and immediately knows how to make it better.
This isn't a campaign management role. It's an infrastructure role — owning the systems that make demand generation actually work: lead quality, data governance, funnel efficiency, and the full Salesforce + Pardot + Zoom Info stack.
What you'll own:
→ Lead lifecycle programs — scoring, nurturing, segmentation
→ Data enrichment and governance across integrated systems
→ Attribution models and dashboards that drive real decisions
→ Evaluating and implementing AI-driven automation improvements
You'll need 5+ years in Marketing Ops or Rev Ops, advanced Salesforce and Pardot experience, and the kind of analytical instinct that turns messy funnel data into explicit next steps.
