Role Description The Pharma Covigilance/Medical Coding role at IEC College Of Engineering & Technology is a part-time, on-site position based in Noida. The role involves reviewing medical records and clinical documentation, applying standardized medical codes to diagnoses, procedures, and pharmaceutical data,



and ensuring accuracy and compliance with coding guidelines. The professional in this role will support pharmacovigilance activities by coding adverse events, medications, and related clinical information, and by maintaining accurate data for safety reporting and analysis. Responsibilities include collaborating with academic and clinical teams, assisting in training sessions or workshops related to medical coding and pharmacovigilance, and contributing to quality assurance and continuous improvement of coding practices. The role also requires maintaining confidentiality, updating knowledge on coding standards and regulatory requirements, and using relevant software and tools efficiently.
