1. Check blood reports, take consent, draw hair line, give anaesthesia, along with monitoring BP and if there is any kind of medicines needed take care of that also
2. Emergency medications should to be present in the OT and that shouldn't be expired
3. Taking care of the grafts, like always preserves the grafts in the refrigerator and after segregation there should no graft in the trolley also at the time of implantation.
4. Instruct technician grafts should be segregated without fat tissue and to be implanted on the crown part
5. Give frequent breaks to the patient
6. Ask about pain discomfort and measures blood pressure frequently during the surgery
7. Start surgery only after cannula fixation
8. Keep watch on all steps like sensitivity blood pressure bleeding issues hypertension hypotension hypo glycaemia, hyperglycaemia, etc.
9. You should to be informed or concern about your patient like how was the graft, the overall process, patient over all conditions and feedback from the technicians after finishes the surgery

Patient should feel in the OT that all steps are basically organized by the doctor and you are the whole and sole of the surgery
During OPD
1. During consultation listen patient carefully, give him various modes of treatment with confidence to the patient.
2. Don't get irritated or demotivate to the patient If they ask anything like is there any guarantee etc
3. If They ask you question, will they do surgery? Say them answer. I will do hairline, slits and extraction and implantation will be done by the supporting staff.
4. When skin treatments start, take the pictures and send to Dr. Nilesh Sir. He will guide you for the parameters.
5. Make sure patient continues DHT blocker medications even after six months of surgery. If patient having active hair fall then continue dutasteride and it's if it's controlled then shift to finasteride
