Key Responsibilities
Lead Generation & Acquisition: Source qualified buyers through channel partners, brokers, and referrals




Network Building: Develop and maintain robust relationships with brokers, IPCs, and channel partners
Market Expertise: Leverage deep knowledge of the Virar–Vasai market to generate quality leads
Performance Tracking: Monitor sourcing performance and optimize strategies
Market Analysis: Stay updated on trends, competitor activity, and customer preferences (especially in luxury real estate).
What We’re Looking For
Graduate with proven real estate sourcing experience
Strong network across Mumbai and surrounding markets
Experience handling high-ticket size transactions
Excellent communication, negotiation & relationship-building skills
Data-driven mindset with strong analytical abilities
