Role Overview
We are looking for a Business Development & Client Success Manager who will be responsible for driving new business growth and managing 1-2 existing client relationships for URPopular.
The ideal candidate should have strong sales ability, excellent communication skills, relationship-building skills, and an understanding of influencer marketing, digital marketing, and brand partnerships.
Key Responsibilities
Business Development
* Identify and generate new business opportunities for URPopular
* Build and maintain a strong pipeline of potential brand clients
* Conduct outreach through emails, Linked In, networking, referrals, and other channels
* Connect with brand managers, marketing teams, founders, and agencies
* Understand brand requirements and pitch relevant influencer marketing solutions
* Schedule and conduct client meetings independently
* Prepare proposals, presentations, and campaign recommendations
* Handle negotiations and support the sales closure process
* Convert leads into long-term brand partnerships




* Build strong relationships with recent and existing clients
Client Success / Account Management
* Manage and maintain relationships with 1–2 assigned brand clients
* Act as the primary point of contact between the client and internal teams
* Understand client objectives and coordinate campaign requirements
* Work closely with internal teams including influencer marketing and creative teams
* Ensure smooth execution of campaigns within timelines
* Share regular updates, reports, and campaign insights with clients
* Maintain high client satisfaction and build long-term relationships
* Identify opportunities for repeat campaigns and upselling
Strategy & Growth
* Stay updated with influencer marketing trends, creator ecosystem, and digital marketing landscape
* Suggest campaign ideas and solutions based on brand objectives
* Contribute towards improving sales processes and client experience
* Help strengthen URPopular’s presence in the influence
