We blend nature with technology to create products consumers love. We're looking for a Meta Ads Specialist who doesn't just run ads - someone who owns the funnel, tests obsessively, and scales what works.
What you'll do
- Plan, launch, and manage Meta Ads campaigns across Facebook & Instagram for our D2 C beauty brands
- Build full-funnel campaign structures - Awareness (TOF), Consideration (MOF), and Conversion (BOF)
- Set up and manage Advantage+ Shopping Campaigns and Advantage+ Audiences
- Create and manage Agile Product Ads (DPA) with catalog and product feed optimization
- Set up Meta Pixel, Conversions API (CAPI), and custom events for accurate conversion tracking
- Build Custom Audiences, Lookalike Audiences, and Interest & Behavioral targeting segments
- Run structured A/B tests on creatives (static, carousel, video, Reels), copy, and audiences




- Manage retargeting campaigns across all funnel stages to reduce drop-off and recover lost buyers
- Monitor and optimize key metrics - ROAS, CPA, CTR, CPM, frequency, and purchase value daily
- Allocate and manage Meta ad budgets efficiently to maximize ROI across brands
- Brief creative teams on ad formats, hooks, and copy angles based on data insights
- Build weekly and monthly performance reports with clear insights and recommendations
- Stay current with Meta algorithm updates, new ad formats, and platform policy changes
Requirements
- Minimum 1 year of hands-on Meta Ads experience
- Proven experience managing Meta Ads campaigns for D2 C or e-commerce brands
- Strong understanding of full-funnel Meta campaign strategy (TOF, MOF, BOF)
- Hands-on experience with Meta Pixel setup, CAPI, and custom event tracking
- Experience with Advantage+ Shopping and Advantage+ Audience campaigns
- Ability to brief creative teams with data-backed ad hooks and copy directions
- Strong analytica
