About the Role
We are looking for a passionate and performance-driven Senior Paid & Performance Lead to join us at a pivotal stage of growth as we expand our home décor brands into the US market.
This role is not just about running ads — it is about helping build and scale a recent-age home décor brand from the ground up in one of the world’s most competitive e Commerce markets.
You will be responsible for developing and executing high-performing, data-driven paid marketing strategies across platforms including Meta, Google, Amazon, and other emerging channels. The ideal candidate understands the US consumer landscape, has hands-on experience scaling e Commerce brands, and knows how to balance aggressive growth with profitability.
We are looking for someone who thinks beyond campaign management — someone who understands customer behavior, creative strategy, merchandising,



inventory movement, and the relationship between marketing and revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities
Performance Marketing & Growth Strategy
· Own and scale full-funnel paid media campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads, Amazon Ads, Pinterest, Tik Tok, and retail media platforms.
· Drive customer acquisition and revenue growth across the US and Canada markets.
· Manage campaigns against core business KPIs including ROAS, CAC, MER, LTV, conversion rate, and contribution margin.
· Develop channel-specific growth strategies aligned with business objectives and seasonal demand.
Creative Strategy & Paid Social Excellence
· Partner closely with creative teams to develop high-performing ad creatives optimized for platform behavior and conversion.
· Stay ahead of digital advertising trends, algorithm shifts, and creative best practices across short-form video and static formats.
· Lead testing frameworks
