Key Responsibilities:
✅ Achieve Primary & Secondary Sales Targets
✅ Drive UBO Targets and Expand Market Coverage
✅ Ensure Effective Distribution and Retail Reach
✅ Identify and Appoint New Distributors & Retailers
✅ Monitor Sales Performance through Analytics
✅ Build Strong Relationships with Retailers and Channel Partners
Requirements:
✔ Experience in FMCG Sales preferred
✔ Good understanding of distribution and retail operations
✔ Strong communication and negotiation skills
✔ Proficiency in basic data analysis
✔ Self-motivated and target-driven
