Focus Elixir is a founder-led D2 C wellness brand building India's first focus shot. We're early, we move fast, and we'd rather ship and learn than sit in meetings. The role
You'll own the entire back end of how our product reaches customers β€” across our website, marketplaces, and quick-commerce. Orders go out clean, on time, and nothing stocks out. You'll work directly with the founder, largely unsupervised, across platforms.
What you'll do
Order & dispatch operations
- Manage daily orders across Amazon, Flipkart, and our Shopify website
- Generate labels, coordinate packing (a packer supports you), and schedule courier pickups
- Monitor shipping, track deliveries, and handle returns, refunds,



and SAFE-T / replacement claims
- Own RTO and NDR β€” keep return-to-origin low and chase failed deliveries
Quick-commerce replenishment
- Manage our accounts on Zepto, Blinkit, and Swiggy Instamart (platform POCs handle setup and ads; you handle the rest)
- Plan and create deliveries to dark stores so we never stock out β€” and never over-stock into expiry
- Respond to platform POs, hit fill rates, and track inventory and batch/expiry across every location
Store & catalog management
- Build and maintain listings across Amazon Seller Central, Flipkart Seller Hub, and Shopify
- Keep listing health clean β€” titles, images, content, suppression issues, category compliance
Reporting
- Build and update operational reports bi-weekly β€” orders, inventory, RTO/NDR, sell-through, stock-out incidents
- Flag problems early with numbers, not vibes
Must-haves
- 1-3 years in D2 C or marketplace operations
- Hands-on with Amazon S
