Role Summary
We are hiring a Graphic Designer with 2+ years of experience who can create visually compelling designs across digital and offline platforms. You will be responsible for executing high-quality creatives that align with brand guidelines and marketing objectives, while collaborating closely with marketing, product, and content teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Design engaging visual creatives for digital platforms (social media, websites, ads, presentations, emailers)
- Create brand-consistent graphics including banners, posters, brochures, pitch decks, and marketing collateral
- Develop layouts with strong visual hierarchy, typography, and color balance
- Translate briefs and concepts into high-quality visual outputs
- Collaborate with marketing, content, and product teams to meet campaign goals
- Revise designs based on feedback while maintaining quality and timelines
- Ensure consistency across all brand assets and touchpoints
Must-Have Skills
- 2+ years of professional graphic design experience
- Strong proficiency in Adobe Photoshop and Adobe Illustrator
- Solid understanding of design fundamentals (typography, color theory, layout, composition)
- Experience creating digital marketing creatives and brand assets
- Strong portfolio showcasing a range of graphic design work
Tools
- Adobe Photoshop (Mandatory)
- Adobe Illustrator (Mandatory)
- Figma or Adobe XD (Optional – for collaboration and layout support)
Good-to-Have (Preferred)
- Experience with basic motion graphics or video tools (After Effects, Premiere Pro)
