Job Summary:
We are seeking a high-caliber professional to lead a diverse portfolio of clients, providing end-to-end tax strategy, regulatory navigation, and assurance excellence. This role is designed for a strategic thinker who can bridge the gap between complex compliance and business growth.




Roles & Responsibilities:
-Ensure timely compliance with Direct Tax, Indirect Tax, Labour Laws, FEMA, and Company Law.
-Manage and implement strategies for effective tax planning.
-Advise clients on tax queries and business advisory matters.
-Handle tax assessments, audits, and litigation management.
-Research case laws and prepare submissions for appeals before AO/CIT/ITAT.
-Undertake and monitor statutory audits and tax audits.
-Conduct client site visits and coordinate internal/external audits.
-Address audit queries and implement process improvements.
-Identifying and mitigating financial and tax-related risks for clients.
-Delegating work efficiently to team members, and mentoring them with regards to learning and development.
Desired Candidate Profile:
• Freshly qualified CA / CA with 0-2-years experience.
• Should have sound technical knowledge and prior working experience relat
