About the opportunity
We are hiring on behalf of a well-funded, market-leading Conversational AI company — a decade-old platform that has reached over 500 million devices and processed 10+ billion AI-driven interactions. The business serves 50,000+ enterprises globally across commerce, marketing, and customer care, and is now scaling its Voice AI platform as its next growth frontier.
The role — Business Head, Enterprise — is a P&L; leadership position reporting directly to the CEO. You will own Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, and Partnerships globally, and will be a key voice in shaping product strategy and corporate direction.
What you'll own
Global enterprise P&L; — revenue, gross profit, and net dollar expansion across new and existing accounts.
Go-to-market strategy for international expansion, with Voice AI as the flagship product pillar.
End-to-end sales motion — from initial outreach and demos through use-case scoping and contract close.
A growing team of Regional Sales Leaders, Account Executives, CSMs, BDRs/SDRs, and Marketing.
Partner ecosystem — resellers, referrals,



and agency channels — to accelerate revenue.
Executive relationships with key prospects and top enterprise customers.
Pipeline health, competitive intelligence, and market-specific performance reporting.
Representing the company at industry events, trade shows, and high-value partner meetings.
What we're looking for
15–20 years of Saa S experience with a robust track record selling to large global enterprises.
Proven people leadership — you've built and managed teams of 50+ across go-to-market functions.
Entrepreneurial mindset: equally comfortable setting strategy and rolling up your sleeves to win a deal.
Exceptional communicator who can influence at C-suite level internally and externally.
Background in Conversational AI, Voice AI, CX technology, or adjacent enterprise software strongly preferred.
