Role Description As a Decor Designer at Design & Decor by Dinaz, you will plan and design decor concepts for events, from initial client brief to on-site installation and final styling. This full time, on-site role in Hyderabad involves developing design boards, selecting materials and finishes and preparing layouts that align with the brand’s aesthetic standards. You will collaborate with clients, vendors, and internal teams to translate creative ideas into practical designs, manage timelines,



and ensure quality and consistency across all elements. Daily responsibilities include site visits, measurements, reviewing drawings, supervising setup crews, and troubleshooting design or installation issues. You will also support budget planning for decor elements, maintain design documentation, and contribute to trend research and new concept development.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in space planning and interior design to develop functional, visually compelling layouts for events and decor installations.
- Understanding of architecture and construction drawings to interpret site conditions, coordinate structural feasibility, and collaborate effectively with contractors.
- Experience with FF&E; selection (furniture, fixtures, and equipment), including sourcing, customization, and styling to achieve cohesive design schemes.
- Strong visual sense, creativity, and attention to detail,
